Billing and access

Plans are visible now. Direct checkout will follow later.

Lovora is showing its plan structure publicly, but direct purchase flow is still intentionally limited while payment infrastructure is finalized for adults-only use. This page explains the current access model, token economics, and how support is handled when billing or access issues appear.

What plans mean today

Pricing reflects the intended Lovora access structure, but public checkout is not yet the primary release path. Plan pages should be read as a product access preview rather than a promise of instant card-based self-serve purchasing.

As the payment stack matures, plan activation and renewal details may become more direct, but the current site is deliberately conservative about promising public billing flow before that is live.

How tokens work

Lovora uses tokens for creation and image actions. Current platform costs are shown below so the product feels predictable instead of hidden.

Character creation
10 tokens

Charged only after the character is saved successfully.

Preview refresh
3 tokens

The first create preview is free. Later refreshes use tokens.

Studio generate
5 tokens

Charged for a new image generation in Photo Studio.

Studio reroll
1 token

Used when you regenerate the same look rather than starting fresh.

Refunds, cancellations, and access issues

Because the final payment provider and direct checkout flow are not yet locked, Lovora does not make broad automated refund promises on the public site today. Billing and access issues are handled through manual review during beta.

If access, redemption, or token charging feels incorrect, the correct path is to contact support so the issue can be reviewed directly against account and event history.
