Lovora is still in beta, so support is reviewed manually. This page is the correct public contact point for account issues, access questions, token concerns, and technical problems when the issue is not best handled by the in-product report flow.
What to include
The most useful support requests say what page you were on, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and whether the issue involved access, billing, tokens, or generated content.
If you are signed in, support review can also use your account context to speed up troubleshooting. If you are not signed in, include a reply email so the issue can be followed up manually later.
