Adults-only fictional AI chat and image generation terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account or use Lovora. You may not access Lovora where adult content, AI-generated adult imagery, or subscription access to such services is unlawful.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, providing accurate account information, and ensuring that your use of Lovora complies with applicable law and these Terms.

Lovora may allow fictional adult roleplay, nudity, and pornographic AI-generated imagery when the content is clearly adult, fictional, consensual, non-exploitative, and permitted by our Content Policies.

You may not create, request, upload, publish, or attempt to generate content involving minors, age ambiguity, teen-coded sexualization, incest or family-role sexualization, non-consensual sexual content, sexual violence, exploitation, bestiality, scat, extreme violence, real-person sexualization, celebrity/public-figure sexual content, impersonation, or illegal activity.

AI-generated text and images can be imperfect, unexpected, or inconsistent. Lovora may review, hide, remove, restrict, or block characters, chats, prompts, generated images, accounts, or public pages when content appears to violate policy, law, payment-network requirements, or platform safety rules.

Community visibility is conditional. A character, image, or public page may be removed or restricted if it is reported, detected by moderation systems, or later determined to be inconsistent with Lovora policy.

Paid access may be offered through monthly or yearly recurring subscriptions. Subscription access, message allowances, token allowances, and premium features are described on the Pricing and Billing pages at the time of purchase.

Tokens are digital platform credits used for creation, image generation, rerolls, or other premium actions. Token-consuming actions are generally delivered immediately and may not be reversible once used, except where required by law or where Lovora confirms a billing or delivery error.

Subscription cancellation, renewal, refund review, and access-delivery rules are described in the Billing and Refund & Cancellation Policy pages. Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund prior access periods or consumed digital usage.

For account, billing, refund, cancellation, privacy, or content-takedown questions, use the Contact page so the Lovora operator can review the request through the customer support and compliance process.

The Lovora operator may update these Terms, adjust access rules, modify token costs, change feature availability, or suspend accounts when needed for legal, safety, payment-network, operational, or product reasons.

Continued use of Lovora after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service and contact support for account or billing questions.
